Executive Officer - Instructor Carrie Rothering
INST Rothering joined Vollrath Division in January 2022 after her son joined the cadets the prior May. She has been a Family Nurse Practitioner for 10 years and an RN for 7 years prior to that. INST Rothering also served in the Air National Guard for 8 years as an ammunition troop for F-16 fighter jets in Madison, WI. Being a daughter of a Vietnam Veteran, she hold a high regard for military service and the sacrifice associated with service. With her own military service she holds her Air Force Core Values with her to this day in all she does- Excellence, Integrity, and Service before self.

Administrative Officer- Charmayne Barrington-Anderson
Ensign Barrington-Anderson joined Sea Cadet program in 2014. She has served Vollrath for 7 years, transferred to Cobia Division for a year and has come back to Vollrath. She has been an office admin and staff accountant for over 20 years in her professional life. ENS Anderson has never serviced in the military, however, she is the daughter of a Vietnam Veteran and grand-daughter of two World War II Veterans; military has always been a big part of her family and this is how she honors their service.
